The presence we need for complete serenity is available in this moment.
So, why do we suffer? The goal of this practice is to share the principles & traditions that allow us to connect to the underlying stillness of life and to work through the persistent barriers that cry out when we attempt to give ourselves this deserved freedom.
Nothing else is needed.
This healing work derives from the Theravada and Vipassana Buddhist teachings. Core to the message is that nothing external is required of us to be free in our minds. What is needed is the removal of all the mental roadblocks that gets in the way. This is the hard work, the chipping away at the crystallized layers of self-hood which hold us in the illusion of suffering.
Through the persistent effort of this practice, a deeper place - free of all attachment, desire and resentment is given the space to flourish and become the ruling divinity of our lives.


Offerings:
Fully donation based 8-week meditation series. Learn the fundamentals of Buddha's message and develop a framework for understanding these principles that is directly applicable to your own circumstances or struggles. Learn to meditate or deepen your existing practice. Supplemental readings and exercises create a full but gentle curriculum.
What is not offered:
A substitute for clinical mental health support, psychotherapy, or medical treatment
Direct treatment for anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, or other diagnosable conditions
A crisis intervention resource
1:1 mindfulness-centered counseling. An alternative to conventional psychotherapy. In my own journey, I've found spiritually-based coaching more fruitful than traditional therapies. In the space of stillness, we work through personal barriers, recurring troubles, and personal blocks to your own sense of contentment and fulfillment. The basic questions are: what are these barriers, how did they get here, and how to remove them?
